If there's anyone who can talk me into a purchase, it has to be FleurDeForce, without a doubt! So when I saw she made a few purchases at NYX - I of course had to check out the website. NYX is actually an American drugstore brand, witch I've not really had the chance to try out, other that a blush I bought online last year, Taupe; witch I was super impressed with, but other than that, it's been super hard to get a hold of in the U.K; Until now! Hurrah! So with that in my mind, I decided to try test the water of a few products.
Eye Lashes in Toni's Faves - So Fleur actually picked up some false eye lashes; all though I'm not much of an eye lash wearer, but sometimes you just gotta bite that bullet and say 'YOLO'. I picked the ones in Toni's Faves, as I thought it was quite interesting how they've put a transparent band on the lash line, making them seem less false lash like.
Cream Blush in Rose Petal - If you know me, you will know I'm all for a good cream blush! Anything that's easy to apply, and takes minimal effort, but still looks like effort has been made; I'm all over that stuff! Like I said I'm in love with the powder blush Taupe, and as I was looking to try out new things, I did decide to go with the cream blush. The colour is just a very light flush of pink, very natural; and super pretty! The consistency (baring in mind, I've only swatched this) is very similar to the Stila convertible colours, all though that's three times the price.
Eye Liner in Charcoal and Velvet - Eye liner, to me isn't the most exciting purchase made by oneself, but girl to look decent; It's gotta be done! I did pick up two, because they were £3.50, and if I didn't like them, it wouldn't be a huge dip in my bank balance. The first one I ordered was Charcoal, a very light block grey. Back in the days grey eyeliner was the custard to my cake, and I used my Daniel Sandler waterproof eyeliner in Grey Velvet like no other, but seems as it's on it's last limbs, and very expensive, I've been looking for a replacement for a while now, and I think I may just have found it. All though the formula and point of the pencils are completely different, they're still very similar in colour. The second liner I picked up was Velvet; not much of a velvet colour in my opinion, but luckily bridges can be built and walked over when it comes to product names. Velvet is a very lovely almost olive like gold. I've never owned anything like this in the past, and I thought it would go perfect with an olive smokey eye.
Lipstick in Haute melon - As it's spring, the orange lips have been hitting us left, right and center; so of course I couldn't not join in with the charade! Haute Melon is a very true, bright orange, very creamy, and doesn't feel drying at all.
All in all, I'm pretty impressed with my order so far, if NYX is as good as it seems, they should be expecting a regular costumer soon!
What NYX products do you recomend?

That lipstick looks so nice! There are a few shadows that I have been looking at, and their brushes.
