Chantecaille Ultra Sub Protection SPF 50 Primer

Believe it or not, right now on this side of the world,(Sorry Australia) it's actually summer... How crazy! This happens every two weeks out of the year for England, and believe me, when it happens, you know about it. Something I'm all about in the summer has got to be SPF - In fact I'm all over that shit all year round'. As much as I would love to be tanned and what ever have you, I'm not one to give my skin to Satan - yes I mean the sun. So I'm all over protected at every occasion. The thing with SPF is you can never find the right face SPF, and I'm really not one for smearing a thick quoting of Nivea body protection all over my chops, so I went all out this year. And by all out I mean £50 all out. Was it worth it? Well...
I see Fleur DeForce absolutely rave the mother out of this product, and what ever she says, goes. I've always been put of by the absolute beast of a price tag, but I bit the bullet, and picked it up. So the basics of the products; An SPF, and oh wait... A primer! Brilliant! I don't wear primers, like ever - I find they just don't sit on my skin like they should, and I really don't have the extra energy in the morning to add another step into my hefty make up routine, so I did trial this bad boy, and didn't expect too much.
As a primer it actually keeps my make up on like no other, like that shit ain't going no where! I have noticed on the days I don't actually wear this, my face literally greases up like a dirty kebab, and believe me; That is not a good luck! So surprisingly, it keeps my skin very tamed. Application wise - It's super smooth, super soft, and just blends onto the skin really well, making my foundation application that little bit easier and smoother.
I honestly can't tell you weather the SPF is actually working or not, as I can't see that kind of thing, God forgot to include that into my jeans; But I can tell you, I've not got one once of sunburn on my face. My freckles have came out yes, and I've even became a little shade darker, but nothing hurts, and nothing is red, so I'm guessing that means it worked right? Either that or I'm Mistique, and I don't know what to tell you.
For an SPF for the face, and a primer that actually works, I think if you're an absolute skin protector like I am, this is so worth £50! I've looked for other alternatives to compare it to, and I haven't picked up one, because I just can't find anything similar. So if you have any suggestions do let me know!
