Loosing my CC cream virginity was something that meant a lot to me. I wanted it to be special, and something I wouldn't regret. Like in the movies. So I had to make the decision, and decide who was going to take the big V. Just kidding. I was on my way to work one fine morning and stopped off at Boots, where most of my damage usually happens. I've heard Georgia from The State Of Georgia massively rave about this product, saying how amazing it is, and how it lasts on her skin, and all that good stuff that gets me to spend un-needed amounts on un-needed things.
Basically a CC cream is a colour corrector (hence the CC - what a smart abbreviation) and this particular one focuses on anti-fatigue ; what ever the heck that means, ant-redness; very important for an old Santa Clause like me, and finally Anti-dark spots; witch is a complete bitch!
I was looking for something really light that I could slap on my face, and not have to worry about it going any where, drying my skin out, and something that would help my skin that little bit extra. I've had the product for quite some time now, so I've solidly tested it out, and I can honestly say I 100% love it. Its the most lightest base I've used, it does last quite some time on the skin, with a bit of powder and primer it can last the whole working day. Also, it keeps my skin super hydrated and doesn't at all irritate the dry areas of my skin, If like me you're prone to break outs, and you sit and pick your spots (Naughty, bad, very bad!) they tend to dry out and scab up, but with this it just adds that hydration it needs to have a faster recovery. The application is very smooth and easy to apply, personally I like to use my fingers and I find it warms the product up, so I can get much more of an even distribution. The finish on the skin is very dewy, and healthy, without leaving it looking super shiny and greasy.
You can pick this up for around about a tenner, so instead of the weekend Domino's - witch I seem to be doing an awful lot lately if you follow my Instagram you would know - Get yourself one of these, seriously you will C the difference. C what I did there?
Love Meg xxx
