To justify my insane amount of spending I thought I'd throw it all in blog posts and maybe feel a little better about it... Or maybe I just need a money adviser! I'm a trapped soul in Boots!
Therefor, taking advantage of the ever lasting Boots Soap and Glory 3 for 2, I decided to dip my toes in that pond. And that pond is a pretty darn good pond!
I'm not all that familiar with the Soap And Glory make up range; don't get me wrong I do own a few products, including my ever so trusty Brow Archery! So it's time to jump on the band wagon and pick up a few cult classic. First thing I was immediately drawn to was the 'One Heck Of A Blot' transparent powder. I do own way too many powders that I really don't need, but I'm a one powder kind of girl and I fully stick to my guns with my Chanel Healthy Sheer Glow powder, but I've literally worn it down to it's very last legs, so it is pretty fragile, and I wanted a powder that I could just throw in my bag, good to go and not worry about the state it becomes. I've used it a few times, and it's a lot heavier than what I'm use to, but it does the job, keeps shine at bay, and make up on all day!
Another absolute cult classic that I really didn't need but I was so keen to try out in the Solar Power bronzer. It's one of those two sided bronzers; one light shade and one dark. It did have a pink sheen on top but I managed to take that layer off!
Lastly I picked up Peachy. A super shimmery blush wheel. Let me tell you, this is not one for the faint hearted, it is so, so glittery! All though I don't like it as a blush, I'm pretty keen to use these shades on my eyes and as a highlighter!
So that's a tour of my 3 for 2 Soap And Glory bits! If you have any Soap And Glory recommendations feel free to pop then down below.
Love Meg xxx
